Alongside green coffee beans, Addis Coffee also supplies carefully selected seeds and legumes, including beans, chickpeas, and other export-grade crops prepared to meet international market standards. Our approach is built on transparency, long-term partnerships, and responsible sourcing that supports farming communities, with a strong focus on collaboration with women farmers. By combining local expertise with reliable export logistics, Addis Coffee provides roasters, importers, and distributors with consistent access to authentic Ethiopian products directly from the birthplace of coffee.

At Addis Coffee, we work directly with farmers and cooperatives in Ethiopia to ensure our coffee meets the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). We source from traceable farms that are verified to be free from deforestation after 31 December 2020. Our supply chain documentation includes farm-level traceability, geolocation data, and due diligence procedures to ensure that every shipment complies with European Union sustainability standards. Through these practices, we support transparent sourcing while protecting forests and supporting smallholder women farmers.

Our company, Addis Coffee, is a global venture dedicated to supplying premium Ethiopian coffee both green and roasted directly from origin to international markets. Founded by Meba Erifera, the company connects women-led farms in Ethiopia with roasters, cafés, and specialty buyers worldwide, ensuring full traceability, fair trade practices, and consistently high quality.

We specialize in sourcing and supplying specialty Arabica coffee, and we have been active in the Ethiopian coffee market for almost five years. Throughout this time, we have built a strong and reliable supply chain that begins directly at the farm level. By working closely with farmers especially women-owned farms. We ensure careful harvesting, proper processing, strict quality control, and consistent export standards.

Our sourcing focuses primarily on Ethiopia's most renowned specialty coffee regions, including Yirgacheffe, Sidama, and Guji. These coffees are 100% Arabica and are known for their distinctive and complex flavor profiles:
• Yirgacheffe – Floral aroma, bright acidity, notes of jasmine, bergamot, and tea-like body.
• Sidama – Balanced cup with vibrant acidity, sweet stone fruit, and subtle spice or chocolate undertones.
• Guji – Elegant and fruity profile with berry notes, floral character, and a smooth, clean finish.

In addition to specialty grades, we also supply selected commercial Arabica coffees, including Djimma and other regional profiles, depending on buyer requirements.

We operate through a strong supply network with offices in Amsterdam (Addis Coffee – Head Office), Addis Ababa (Klesi Coffee Export – Origin Office), and Dubai (Kochere Coffee Trading DMCC – Regional Office). This structure allows us to manage sourcing, quality control, and export operations in Ethiopia, while also handling roasting, distribution, and client relations in Europe and the Middle East.

Currently, our price indication is USD 10.20 per kilogram. Please note that prices may fluctuate due to market movements and regulatory changes.
